Burned PenFed - Still a SSL after?

I burned PenFed during my BK13 and I still have a valid savings account there (I just logged in). Has anyone tried doing a SSL with PenFed after burning them and was successful? Curious, if not, then it's NFCU will be my only choice. Inputs?

somebody recently reported getting approved for a PenFed CC after burning them and not? paying them back

I attribute this to the horrid PenFed IT as opposed to forgiving them for having been burned, it's nice that PenFed offers longer terms, but truly not worth the hassle and concern of having a PenFed account IMO, just do NFCU where you know it will work and be honored IMO
