Experian Dispute #- 866-200-6020
Say "Dispute" after putting in your SSN at the prompt. Then "New Dispute", "Account or Other Information", then "Inquiry". Selecting inquiry dispute will go right to a rep. Selecting any other option will continue you through the automated phone tree.
Ok first of all sorry for reviving such an old thread
but after an exhausting search engine rabbit hole and ten numbers tried...
I just thought I'd share that this is the one that works. Connected me with a live person in less than a minute.
the whole press two if you are a client or business member of Experian thing no longer works they just rerout you back into automated phone purgatory
Just got'ta love customer service and their responsiveness? Or, lack therein!
I have found that pushing the number for Spanish often sends you to a live person for any automated system. The customer service rep generally speaks Americanized English.
Also, if one speaks gibberish after a few I don't understand responses you are transferred to a live person.
Good luck!
Again, this is for most automated systems.
Will have to try that.
too bad the whole "if you are using a rotary phone please remain on the line for an operator" option no longer exists
@Snook_on_the_Line forgot about that. Also, the hitting the star button a bunch of times.
