Hey guys, I just figured I'd update you with another datapoint. My internal score was 277 out of 450. They said the key factors that affected it were lack of DD, insufficient variety of secured loans, a recent charge-off (paid), utilization over last year and # of inqs. My first DD will hit friday 5/3. after that I'm gonna app for an auto refi and hope for a fair rate. Currently @ 18% with cap1.🤢
