Congratulations on your citi custom cash credit increase, I have the same card and have tryed for over year to get increase but no go from Citi bank. My credit limit is 8K have only got one increase from citi in the past 2 years from 6K to 8K , do have another card a double cashback with 23.6K limit. Fico scores are over 800 and income is 88K. If you don't mind what your income reported thank you.

Reported income is at 6 digits.

Do you have recent open accounts? I know Citi can sometimes be sensitive to new accounts. You also might be at max exposure with Citi?
