My sister filed BK13 about a year ago and is currently trying to buy a car. The dealer where the car is told her they don't work with bankruptcy clients at all. I'm lost on where to point her so I thought I'd ask here. Are there bk friendly lenders and which ones would you recommend?
Yes hasn't been discharged, Only about a year into it.
She should talk to either her attorney or the Trustee; they typically know of dealerships with finance departments which are Chapter 13 friendly.
