Hi all,
Going to call the bank in the morning but has anyone had any trouble getting a 10 day payoff for a vehicle that was discharged in bk7?
I kept two vehicles, signed a reaffirmation on one and have since paid it off.
the other vehicle I rescinded the reaffirmation on before discharge but have been still making payments.
I am looking to trade it in and I need a 10 day payoff letter. I can't get it online and have to call the bankruptcy department at BofA.
just wondering if anyone else has had experience in a similar situation?
