Re: Having Bankruptcy (Chpt 7) Removed

When it come to Mortgage you must disclose the BK. But it will help you with Interest rates though. Here is why if you apply credit will come clean but on the Mortgage Application you must disclose it. Since everything computer generated your interest will be set by Automatic credit score. But Human udnerwrite might try to cheat you and readjust your rates. So short answer yes you have disclose it no matter what. Long ansewer it help you with others like lower credit cards rates or car loans. But mortgage don't play with that they will foreclosed you if they find out that you did not disclose something.

That makes zero business sense....it's a felony to lie on a loan application but a bank that has already written and closed on a loan isn't going to spend thousands of dollars to undo that loan, they're more likely to notify the authorities and let them handle but most of the time a lender loses money every time they foreclose

Stop giving information that is completely false ! (But Human udnerwrite might try to cheat you and readjust your rates). An underwriter has no access to rates and CANNOT change a rate that a mortgage loan officer has submitted for processing.  There is a question on the 1003 (application) that a LO asks about a BK in the last 7 years.

I got mind removed from Equifax in 2021 and Experian which was hard but I figure how to get it off. The answer was right in my nose and took me almost 2 years to get rid of Experian. Now TransUnion is giving me hard time. Some people here are just bored and they will be the one answering your questions with nonsense. Nonsense like it cannot be removed or it take 10 years. As if we are not aware of it being there for 10 years if you don't do anything about it. Ignored those people they are here because they have nothing else to do and make it their business to propagate their ignorant. I wish you did not give up. Do some research and yes, there is nonsense gurus out there that you need to be aware off. Stay calm. Google Alabama lawyer. He is good. just type it in youtube.

Sorry, but 10 years is a fact of life, whatever you got removed will most likely pop back up.

Filed in 2020 and it's been off EQ for 3 years and still hasn't returned. Maybe it will maybe it won't but as for the last three years it's gone
