I have 0 hard inquiries on Equifax & Experian and 2 on TransUnion. If I get a hard pull for a mortgage, will the score and/or report say 0 EQ, 0 EX & 2 TU, or will it be 1 EQ, 1 EX & 3 TU?
It depends how many bureaus they pull from. Could be one or more. *Edit* missed the word mortgage...agree with the others...likely all three and the middle score is what is used.

Mortgage inquiries pull all three CRAs. So, a subsequent report would show 1/1/3. However, scores at the time of the HPs should be based on 0/0/2.

Usually for mortgages they pull all 3, and use the middle score.

As stated they will pull all 3 bureaus for FICO 5/4/2 and use the middle score. Keep in mind that you are given a 30 day window to shop rates for a mortgage and can have multiple pulls from different lenders in that time, which will only technically count once against you. So absolutely shop rates and get yourself the best deal without fear of stacking inquiries.
