Yes, they do have a secured visa.

They have quite a few cards...  I think with the secure card you put down $100 and they give you a $500 limit.

From the credit card boards they do credit limit increases fairly quickly.... maybe after 90 days to 6 months? Also, Macy's will approve just about anyone as well and they are good about their CLI too!

Check the credit card forum for help with which CC to apply for.... People there are big on the Hooters card... Which I find funny... :-)
