I have several cards that are at 29 percent interest..I am approved for a One Main loan at 22 % interest that would pay all these off. I know this is high for personal loan rate but seeking advice if this is good idea or not/

22% Int is too high even for today's market!
Have you tried any credit unions to see what they can offer you?
Have you checked the pre-qual pages at Credit Karma, Nerd Wallet, Wallet Hub, etc. to see if there are any better options for you? I agree with @CYBERSAM that 22% seems high unless yours scores are really not good.
We need a little more info to give useful advice. How much do you owe? What are your fico8 scores? Inquiries in last 12 months? Any baddies on cr?
Ditto on wow, 22% is high! Let's try to do better.

No it's not a good idea.
If you want a personal loan, look into credit unions.
Ditto what he said!

One Main always seemed sketch to me just like ACE cash express and title max. Run Away and Stay Away.
