How does US Bank compute x/12 by application date or month

I am currently 2/12 as I applied to two cards in April 2023. The two inquiries appeared on my report on April 18 2023. Does that mean if I apply for USBAR on the 19th I am considered 0/12, or should I wait until May 1st?

I think they count months, so May. 

Inquiries are by cra, so what counts is how many for the one us b pulls. For me, they pulled tu, but it's regional.
