The JCrew credit card is to be sold to Synchrony Bank on 26 Apr 2024. I wounder if they will keep it as only a store card or make it a Visa or MasterCard. I think we all like the second one.

Oh my, hope that 24k jcrew card doesn't fry my synchrony exposure.

Several years ago during the reign of the Shopping Cart Trick, JCrew was the only one that I wanted that didn't work for me.

The Mastercard thing will be a good thing a way of getting more points outside of the shop.

@Cory88 A late congratulations on a SCT approval! Ended up with Express and the now former A&F store cards. That was good enough.

I logged into my Synchrony account today and see the JCrew card there now (see image). It will not yet let me register or click further into the Jcrew card itself to see if it's a mc or not. I assume I need to await the new card in the mail before going any further.

Same, I can't go 100% into the account. I bet it's still being worked out thru the system. I'm very surprised that we never got new card before this date. Most card that move over you get the card well in advance of the move. I'm hoping that we get the MC of this would be nice.
