I recently applied and got denied for the Bank of America unlimited cash rewards card. Second time in just under a year and a half. I was waiting for the denial letter to arrive and when it arrived it said they were looking forward to finishing reviewing my app. That was page 1. Page 2 basically listed 5 different reasons they denied me. So ultimately am I denied or still have a chance?
At this point, they have not denied your application. They are waiting for you to the provide the information requested on Page 1 of their letter. The reason codes on Page 2 are simply some of the factors that are causing your credit score to be less than the maximum possible number of points.
Don't worry about the first page, because it only explain the reason the facts of your 715 score according to Experian . If you want to finish the application just send what they ask four.where did you get that you are denied from?

When I applied online it came back saying they couldn't approve my application. Nothing about further review which is why this letter caught me off guard a bit
