Chase Southwest. 7-10 days on one number, 2 weeks on another

So I applied for the Chase Southwest on Friday.

I called and spoke to underwriter today. Pled my case.

He had me upload docs. Called back in, and I was cleared from fraud department.

I call one number and it says 7-10 days still. Another phone number (and the rep) both said  two weeks. 

What should I expect?

Update: approved for $2k! Finally made it to Primeville!! So stoked, 50k miles after $1k spend is awesome!
