PFD Response from Verizon Wireless

Last month I sent a salvo of 5 PFDs to Verizon Wireless for 100% of the amt. due. DW called to say that Verizon Wireless sent a response. It started, "We regret to inform you......"

No Go!

Oh well. Back to the PFD drawing board. Hey, at least I got a response. This is in addition to about 4-6 others I sent since September. Never got a response before now, other than from the CA who hasn't reported (yes, they validated too).

I sent PFDs to the Folsom, CA address, to AZ, to MD, to Bedminster, NJ, and to their HQ in Basking Ridge. I don't know which one responded.

The letter continued saying they will report correctly to the CRAs that it is a CO since 4/07. Actually they would be changing the DOFD from 10/06 if they did that. However, 4/07 is correct.

I'll never give up!

Awwww! I''m sorry to hear that. I've been afraid to contact them for my CO as I've heard from the forumites how hard they can be to deal with.
