Bank Of America Community Affordable Loan Solution

Hey all, new to this thread. 

I have started my process with BofA and the Community Affrodable Loan Solution that launched in select cities back in 2022. With no credit score requirements. 

Bank of America will provide 10k grant as down payment , and will cover all lender closing costs, with no PMI. 

Im currently in the process of submitting my income and employment verification and awaiting review. I've already been given my loan amount and interest rate. 

I was wondering if anyone here has used this loan product, and can answer what fees I'd be responsible for.

Update

Only "fees" i am responsible for are to fund my escrow account with 12 months of property tax and home insurance payments. Which for me comes out to about $3200.
