Hate the new NFCU website update....

The new website update is actually a little difficult to navigate around. Also, on the new update, the CLOC is no where too be found.  On the old site, its under "loans" right under credit cards, and its on your dashboard.   I filled out their survery and sent a note about the CLOC not being able to see on my dash board.  Not a fan. Smiley Sad

it's absoutely horrid

I was going to move away from Navy checking anyway, but I'll enjoy every bit of providing the feedback that it's directly because of this website change

I submitted 3 seperate pieces of feedback asking them to keep the old version, shame.

Navy is already putting out fires because they mass emailed everybody that they no longer had direct deposit

Oh lord..Navy has been in the news so much lately, and not for a good reason either. They should make amends by sending out to all members 0%/BT offers on all their cards LOL Smiley Happy

Right?  We're all holding our breath waiting for something.  Thus far it seems only BT offers with opening a new CC or a selected number of targeted offers

Re: Hate the new NFCU website update....

I might be in the minority here but I think their updates are actually okay and actually a bit more intuitive to use.

Looks like you can still revert back to the Classic site for 2 more days:  "The classic site will be available for use until January 24th"

Re: Hate the new NFCU website update....

I'm not a big fan of the new look either... I sent them a message about where the fico score page went and they didn't even address the question just rambled on about something totally non relevant...

I can see the vantage one but no the fico score... At least I can still see it on the mobile app... I don't think I will be using the website version unless they revert or at least straighten this one out..
