@keekers I would not stop using the ladder. I wold consider lengthing the maturities. Do what you can to preserve the higher rates now if and when the Fed decides to lower rates.

I'd agree but this is for my short term "cash reserves"; I'm only using 13 week T bills for the rolling ladder to preserve liquidity and earn a bit more than the yield on a MMF. The $ for longer term is already part of my overall portfolio in equities.
Before reading your information I was going to say: "don't throw the baby out with the bath water" ... but now? Yeah!
