Hey everyone! Figured I'd share a success story here. I was just approved for a Capital One Venture card! They gave me a $3000 SL, which I think is very low for my scores, DTI ratio, etc... But hopefully that grows to a higher limit soon. (Any advice on how to make that limit grow is appreciated!)
But anyway, just wanted to share the good news! It's my first VISA card. I've been exclusively with Amex since I got my first CC 6 years ago. So I'm excited to finally have a VISA card haha.
Thanks to everyone for the advice here when I've needed it throughout the few years I've been here!
Congrats. Did the card show up as a pre-approved option prior to applying?
Thanks! Yeah it did. I was shocked to only get 3k.
Thank you! What does bucketed mean exactly? I've seen that term being used a lot online haha. Also, not sure if this is an indicator or not, but with the Venture apparently they offer APR's of either 19.99%, 26.24% or 29.99%. They gave me 26.24% APR. So the middle one I guess.
Congrats on the approval!
That’s Terrific!! Congratulations on your Approval!!👏🏼🍾🥂
