I opened up the bank a month ago, made several despots, and requested a TD bank credit card. I got a pending application and then called in to the recon line and they said I was denied and will take another look.
I have a decent financial profile at 950k business revenue and 300k take home.
Is this common or any tips for me?
They pulled from EX.
Once you get the letter, check the denial reasons. Hard to say without knowing more about your profile.
There's even been denials for having too many active credit lines.

Be glad you didn't get it. TD Bank is an idiot bank. Their business credit cards are reported to your personal credit.
TD can be weird sometimes. High scores aren't the end-all-be-all for them.
If you've opened up any other cards recently, give it 6 months or so before reapplying with TD.
I did a TD app-o-rama last year and they approved a Business card for $6K, a personal Cash for $5K, and a personal Double Up for $5k all within a month. They've refused CLIs since then, claiming the same stuff they used to use to decline my previous card applications for.
